The Sedgwick Town Board met in regular session November 13, 2017 at the Town Hall, a quorum was verified and the meeting was called to order at 6:00pm by Mayor Pro-Tem Jeanie Tarver.
Guest
Beth Ritter from SCED requested a donation for 2018, $5,000.00 was donated for 2017.
Peggy R. moved to donate $5,000.00 to SCED. Carole seconded the motion. Voice vote; motioned carried.
Nancy Sauder said the Museum renovation was almost finished. She asked if the museum could have the stove and roll top desk; the board did not have a problem with that.
Maintenance
Richard has been repairing water meters. Wayne Price suggested the town start over on the water billing for the next year as it has been behind the billing cycle. Richard requested a raise for 2018.
The board looked over the purposed budget and discussed what to add to the 2018 budget.
Minutes
Jeanie moved to approve the minutes from the October 16, 2017 meeting. Peggy O. seconded the motion. Voice vote; motioned carried.
Financial/Pay Bills
Peggy R. moved to pay the bills. Jeanie seconded the motion. Roll call vote; motioned carried.

Jeanie moved to accept the Community Service Worker’s optional quote for 2018. Peggy R. seconded the motion. Voice vote; motioned carried.
Jeanie moved to accept the Equipment Breakdown optional quote for 2018. Peggy O. seconded the motion. Voice vote; motioned carried.
Peggy R. moved to adopt Resolution 04-2017; bank signatures. Carole seconded the motion. Voice call vote; motioned carried.
Peggy O. moved to approve on public record the consensus vote to buy a bucket for the tractor. Jeanie seconded the motion. Voice call vote; motioned carried.
Peggy O. moved to adjourn the meeting. Peggy R. seconded the motion. Voice vote; motioned carried.
